Technical Trainee - SW

We are looking for a part-time student for the position of TECHNICAL SW - TRAINEE in our R&D Center in Prague. As a trainee you will be linked to our team of software and system engineers in the department of Driving Software of Products and Services.

Within our Vehicle Prototyping and Integration team, you'll help to prepare prototype vehicles outfitted with advanced ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) for both ongoing development and high-profile demonstrations.

YOUR CHALLENGES?

• Providing ad-hoc technical tasks from your manager
• Engaging in collaborative vehicle ADAS system programming
• Participating on development of our ADAS systems
• Coding and programming gateways and various devices integral to our vehicles

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU...

• Bachelor degree in the field of Technical Engineering (Software Engineering, Mechatronics, Cybernetics, Robotics, Computer Science)
• Demonstrable programming skills in C/C++, Python
• Experience with hobby projects involving Arduino or Raspberry Pi, or equivalent platforms it's a plus
• Hands-on and proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving
• Good level of English to communicate within international teams, can communicate technical concepts effectively
• Knowledge of any communication protocols, for ex.: UART, Ethernet, CAN, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, etc. is beneficial
• Driving license - B
