Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Data Quality Manager to join our newly established Data Management Office and lead our enterprise data quality initiatives. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in shaping and driving our data quality strategy, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of our data across the organization.


In this dynamic role you will:
 

• Manage a data quality team, responsible for the development and implementation of an enterprise data quality framework and platform.
• Be regarded as a GHD expert for Data Quality enablement.
• Contribute to the overall Enterprise Data Management Strategy as well as its implementation across GHD.
• Lead a team to work across GHD to establish, deliver, uplift, and train the business on Enterprise Data Quality strategy, procedures, and processes to increase enterprise data literacy.
• Work across multiple business groups, building and maintaining strong relationships. Have the ability to support a diverse set of stakeholder groups to effectively manage their Data Quality requirements, issues, and incidents, contribute to the identification and remediation of business unit and enterprise-level issues, together with implementing the frameworks to ensure sustainability.
   

What you will bring to the team:

• Extensive knowledge of Data Quality methodology, technology, and platforms.
• Proven experience in Data Management, can effectively communicate and tell a story through your experience, insights and have a natural ability to influence key stakeholders in a complex organisation.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proactive, professional, and collaborative communication style, ability to lead a high-performing team.
• Commercial awareness, highly organised, self-managing, and motivated.
• Passionate about data management and data quality.
• Have exposure to metadata management and experience of data governance and working within a data office.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Technology, Information Systems, data management, or related field.
• 6+ years of data quality experience in a large and/or global professional services organization.
• Experience of leading a team of DQ SMEs.
• Strong Experience in the use of data quality tooling, like Ataccama, Informatica, Trillium, Alation, Collibra.
• Have experience of working on the Cloud with providers such as GCP, MS Azure, and AWS.
