Data Analyst - ONSITE

Job Description

The Data Analyst is responsible for developing, enabling, and coordinating projects, data and solutions across the Line of Business (LOB) with a focus on OpEx, Sustainability, Safety and other areas of compliance.  This includes developing tools and implementing programs and processes necessary to drive multiple initiatives and projects. Must have demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders to develop, manage, and execute project plans; manage multiple timelines and dashboards at one time while achieving desired project outcomes.

This role manages and maintains programs by overseeing and maintaining compliance platforms, client level initiatives, and LOB initiatives. The successful candidate is a forward thinker and exercises a solid business acumen/savvy, organization, stakeholder (people) expectation management, and project leadership skills. A passion for Sustainability is a plus. The job requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication abilities, analytical skills, self-motivation, creativity, and adaptability. 

Job Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, formalized communications, stakeholder report outs, support of mobilizations and key program development.
• Manages the intake, organization, assignment, and closeout of key LOB dashboards and metrics.
• Supports the roll-out and execution of enterprise or District/Site initiatives as directed by onsite leadership to drive outcomes through efficiency, adherence to standards, and increase to overall performance.
• Provides the scope of work to sponsors/stakeholders and guides project managers to ensure expectations are exceeded.
• Manages project roles and responsibilities and stays at the forefront of potential risks to timelines and budgets.
• Moves multi-faceted and multi-tiered processes forward while maintaining attention to detail under extreme time pressures.
• Collaborates with key stakeholders, onsite teams, and external partners to develop a strong level of trust and credibility.
• Translates and communicates information, implications, and recommendations using clear written and verbal skills appropriately with a diverse audience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience managing multiple priorities and working in a team-based environment within a matrix organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Tableau preferred.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Requires strong analytical and communication skills and presentation and influence management skills.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing work conditions and priorities.
• Experience with or a passion for Sustainability is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
