We are seeking a motivated and innovative individual to join our team as a Techno-Functional AI Practitioner, with a initial focus on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) within the healthcare industry. As a fresher in this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI projects aimed at optimizing revenue cycles and enhancing operational efficiency in healthcare organizations.
Responsibilities:
AI Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement AI solutions tailored to address specific challenges within the US Healthcare domain.
Project Management: Manage multiple initiatives with the rigor of project management.
Data Analysis: Utilize statistical analysis to extract insights from large datasets related to revenue cycle processes, payer trends, and reimbursement methodologies.
Prompt Building: Build sophisticated AI prompts that take into account all variables to provide ideal solution for a business problem.
Prompt Measurement & Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize AI prompts and inputs provided to the AI model to improve accuracy, scalability, and performance in real-world scenarios.
Documentation: Document all phases of the AI development lifecycle, including data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
AI Deployment: Collaborate with DevOps experts, software engineers, and healthcare professionals to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Healthcare Administration or related field.
Strong understanding of AI Prompts engineering, algorithms, and techniques.
Familiarity in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, or Tableau.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Fast Learner with above average organization skills.
Self Motivated with a keen attention to detail
Passion for leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation and solve complex business challenges, particularly in the healthcare domain.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience or coursework in healthcare analytics, revenue cycle management, or healthcare IT.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and healthcare data privacy/security standards.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and applications.
Certification in AI/ML from recognized institutions or online platforms (e.g., Coursera, edX, Udacity).
