Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Legal and Compliance Automation Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the automation of legal and compliance processes within our payment company, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory adherence. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of legal, compliance, and technological expertise, capable of developing and implementing automation solutions to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Automation Development:

Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for legal and compliance processes.
Utilize tools like RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI, and other automation technologies to streamline workflows.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate automated solutions.
Process Improvement:

Analyze current legal and compliance processes to identify areas for automation and improvement.
Develop and document automated workflows, ensuring they meet legal and regulatory requirements.
Continuously monitor and optimize automated processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Regulatory Compliance:

Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure that automation solutions comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Work with the compliance team to ensure automated processes are aligned with compliance policies and procedures.
Project Management:

Lead and manage automation projects from conception to implementation, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Training and Support:

Provide training and support to the legal and compliance teams on new automation tools and processes.
Create user manuals and documentation for automated systems.
Data Management:

Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data within automated processes.
Implement and monitor data security measures in automated solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., in RPA, AI, compliance) is a plus.
Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in legal or compliance roles with a strong focus on process automation.
Proven experience in developing and implementing automation solutions in a legal or compliance setting.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in automation tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or similar.
Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and data management.
Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements within the payment industry.
Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the payment industry or financial services.
Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning applications in legal and compliance.
Certification in legal compliance or project management (e.g., CCEP, PMP).
Working Conditions:
