Job Description

As the Data Operations Team Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of 10-12 CRM Support and Data Operation Analysts (DOA). Together, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the availability and quality of master data and reference data essential for daily commercial operations and strategic business initiatives across our supported affiliates.

This role is in hybrid work model. Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Development

  • Build and maintain a high-performing team focused on master data management.
  • Supervise daily operations, organize duties, and manage projects effectively.
  • Mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion, ensuring every team member can contribute fully to our organizational goals.

Data Management and Quality Assurance:

  • Oversee the maintenance of various data sources and processes.
  • Lead Data Change Requests and ensure data quality through proactive issue identification and resolution.
  • Align master data across systems and deliver insightful reports to support business needs.

Service Delivery and Business Partnership:

  • Support and supervise team tasks related to customer data management and system testing.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as a key resource and escalation point.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience in people management or cross-functional project management.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in data management within an international setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data visualization tools is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to thrive in a global environment with sensitivity to diverse cultures.
