Job Description

LOCATIONS: Gurgaon/ Noida/ Pune/ Jaipur/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 8+ Years
• Should have worked as a Senior developer with Elastic Search 
• Experience in GenAI POC, Custom Development and Data Science
• Implementing out-of-box and custom connectors.  Customised indexing pipelines.
• Relevancy tuning and performance management of search are expected skills. 
• One of Java or Python experience a must.
• Strong experience in AWS Ability to coordinate between multiple teams and track/communicate the status and progress.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing great quality code
• Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analyzing the client’s needs in the context of the project
• Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it
• Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.
• Being able to lead/support UAT and production rollouts.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements, pain points, and goals.
• Gather requirements from different teams within the organization.
• Use declarative functionality (Clicks, not code) to build solutions using the Salesforce platform.
• Maintain the platform, including staying up to date on new features and releases and fixing any bugs.
• Train users on new functionality or features.
• Define and configure workflow rules based on business requirements.
• Automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes.
• Monitor and maintain existing workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
