We are looking for a

Data Governance & CRM Specialist (m/f/d)

in a permanent position/ full time at the location Vienna (Euro Plaza).

The Data Governance & CRM Specialist (m/f/d) will contribute to the commercial growth targets of the Austria product portfolio via:

  • Drive ‘data-driven organization’ roadmap.
  • Drive business analytics mindset and the value of Data in the Austrian LOC.
  • Partner with the Business Units to harness the power of Data and CRM and help people translate them to actionable insights.

Your tasks in detail:

  • Leading LOC performance management reporting for local Leadership Team.
  • Responsible for data acquisition and data management from external data providers and market research agencies.
  • Coordinates market insight projects (e.g. market research, creating dashboards) including alignment within cross-functional teams (e.g. Commercial, Finance and external vendors)
  • Drives development & roll-out of local BI portal (PowerBI) across SFE, external sales, patient & digital data sources
  • Supports definition of relevant KPIs and dashboard reports, establishes robust data sources and oversees analytics for senior management. (e.g. monthly Performance Dashboards)
  • Collaborates with cross-functional team to define incentive planning framework & support tracking of the KPIs
  • Implements agreed data standards, defines local data quality KPIs and measures adoption
  • Drive improvements and adoption of the CRM system and its standards
  • Runs data literacy training sessions and elevates local capabilities for data literacy/fluency
  • Represents the country as the local CRM Owner
  • Ensures operational support and training for the local end users

Your profile:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Business Administration, Data Science, Economics or equivalent
  • Min. 3  years of experience working in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare sector with strong track record analytics responsibilities, possibly including but not limited to commercial and market analytics, next best action, data science initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI and statistical methodology are strong assets.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce/Veeva CRM data, Marketing Automation and Webanalytics.
  • Very good knowledge of English and German
  • Proven hands-on experience of data analysis & visualization tools, e.g. PowerBI
  • Proven hands-on experience of business analytics from key CX data sources: CRM & Digital (website & omnichannel)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills – structured and process-oriented thinker, with great attention to detail and technology proficiency.
  • Proficiency in handling extensive datasets, including data migration, preparation for import/export, and dataset generation.
  • Ability to explore, interpret and critically analyse data from diverse sources, to translate user stories and requirements into user-friendly functionalities.
  • Structured and process-oriented thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, technology proficiency, and a can-do attitude.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize, and manage stakeholder expectation.
