Summary of our opportunity

As a Data Analyst in Investor Onboarding team, you will be responsible for overseeing the investor AML/KYC data processes in collaboration with our third-party administrators, all while ensuring the precision and integrity of our data reporting mechanisms. Based in our Warsaw office, you will be expected to foster strong relationships with other stakeholders in multiple locations such as for example MCR Team. As MCR Team retains ownership of the investor relationship, you will be responsible for escalating any challenges in the investor onboarding process to facilitate a timely resolution.

You will work closely with stakeholders to support design, development and implementation of business intelligence solutions tailored to Investor Onboarding needs.

Primary Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintenance, management and Ownership of Investor Onboarding related data.
• Collecting business data requirements with regard to objectives, user experience and data availability
• Modelling data according to specific problem statements.
• Automating data collection processes to ensure time and resource efficiencies.
• Performing data extraction and cleansing.
• Ensuring data quality - identifying data issues and designing solutions.
• Creation of Power BI Dashboards to ensure data quality for reporting and analytics.

Key Requirements/ Qualifications

You will have demonstrable experience of: 

Essential

• 2+ years as a Data Analyst ideally with Investor Onboarding related data
• Financial Services experience;
• Previous engagement with TPAs is a significant advantage
• Basic understanding of data modelling principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Power BI and report design
• Some Experience with Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate
• Ability to write clear and structured technical documents – experience with Confluence is a plus
• Excellent English both written and spoken
• A can-do attitude

Desirable

• Other programming skills/experience
• Experience in data management/control/governance and/or business analysis
• Understanding concept of controls, processes or/and data models
