In this role

This role sits within the Customer Relationship Management & Experience, CRM Integration Squad. The squad’s purpose is to partner across Business Bank and the organisation to integrate and advance our target state Banker Workbench including CRM.   A CRM aligned to Business Banking journeys will allow Bankers to have more time to spend with customers to grow their customer’s value.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements from key stakeholders, including senior management

• Partner with senior business stakeholders to identify impacts to business processes, and make informed recommendations

• Understand overall business requirements and raise issues or concerns that would impact business objective and recommends actions

• Ensure attributes of data, relationships between data elements and sources of data are defined and mapped

• Utilise technical, subject matter and domain expertise, ensuring solution recommendations are aligned with overall Group enterprise architecture

• Transform data into meaningful information that the business can use in making decisions

• Identify issues and risks, and suggest appropriate solutions to mitigate or resolve the risk/issue

• Provide input into solution design and data modelling decisions

• Work closely with stakeholders and change management to identify business process changes

• Recommend opportunities for continuous improvement of tools, processes and methodologies

• Analyse and document requirements using analysis methodologies and tools, providing recommendations based on insights drawn

• Perform data preparation activities by cleansing and preparing data for consumption.

 We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ technical data analysis experience

• Experience working in Agile dispersed teams on-shore and off-shore

• Have strong communication skills (verbal and written)

• Knowledge of CRM Systems and Data Integration (Salesforce) preferred

• Experience in data integration, microservices and workflow automation on AWS

• Experience working on technology enabled projects involving complex system integrations

• Able to manage business stakeholders and run requirements workshops with limited or no supervision

• Have a growth mindset and can drive continuous improvements

• Ability to design solutions to meet the highest possible quality standards while simultaneously balancing security, performance, availability, and maintainability concerns

• Banking and financial services experience in a complex environment is preferred
