Your Role:

• Accompaniment and support to BUH, Product Managers, Commercial excellence head, Access, Controlling and general management in analysis and creation of business presentations focused on reviewing the quarterly Forecast, business cases, market monitoring and performance of commercial teams, with the aim of anticipating and/or alerting on relevant changes that impact the business
• Design dashboards and reports that allow for the efficient analysis of relevant business indicators related to market auditing, sales and productivity reports
• Monitor performance and management measurement indicators, and propose changes or adjustments in the face of changes in strategies and/or changes in the market.
• Identify external data sources, public or through negotiation with suppliers, to respond to business needs in data analytics and present and integrate this data in an efficient and agile way
• Fill out regional formats for Saizen, Oncology and Fertility markets, with the aim of keeping local data standardized and aligned with regional data
• Definition and application of market forecasting methodologies for Forecast processes and monthly in cases where the data of the public system requires it
• Creation of market audit purchase orders for Philippines
• With the support of the Data Management-Digital Analyst, train new sales force entrants, KAMs, access, marketing and medical if applicable in the use of data analytics tools and Veeva.
• Definition and review of the BI Pipe line for the integration of Veeva information, Markets, Sales and Training
• Support to the Data Management-Digital Analyst in the definition of work and monitoring of requirements of commercial teams, ticket management, etc.
• Primary Region/Global Contact for tracking updates, changes, and updates to the CRM.
• Design, monitoring and review of planning processes in Veeva, visit processes, monitoring of Data quality processes, UAT process, review and follow-up of new Veeva functionalities, among other topics related to the CRM, with the support of Data Management-Digital Analyst
• With the support of Data Management-Digital Analyst and Digital Specialist, define and execute methodologies and sources for account segmentation.
• Segmentation of the panel and potential doctors following the defined methodologies
• Definition of methodology and execution of monthly incentive calculation

• This role has scope and responsibilities that impact commercial teams, sales force, KAMs, marketing, sales and support roles such as training, sales service coordinator, controlling

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or related field plus relevant experience in primary market research, statistical analysis, sales/marketing analysis, SFE
• Specialization or master's degree in data science and/or marketing is suggested
• Knowledge of ETL and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R
• At least intermediate programming knowledge, handling languages such as R, Python, Power Query, Power BI, and/or Tableau, and ideally databases with SQL. Additionally, advanced Excel skills are required. Ideally, the candidate should have experience as a key user and/or data steward with Veeva/Salesforce.
• Requires relevant professional experience of between 3 and 4 years
• Have worked on data integration projects, management of CRM tools, knowledge of market auditing
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, including English proficiency.
• Statistical and data science skills.
• Leadership skills and organizational navigation skills; ability to lead a cross-functional team and deliver important projects within the deadline
• Ability to influence all levels of management.
• Ability to adapt communication according to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
