Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in web development
- 4+ years of Experience with tag management system (Adobe Launch)
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Web SDK knowledge
- Solid understanding of API
- Experience in Pixel implementation.
- Experience in modern front-end technologies like React, Angular
- Expertise in debugging and troubleshooting applications.
- Proficient in Adobe Analytics or any analytical tool
- Creating reporting dashboards
- Metrics and segment creation
- Reporting Suite administration
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledgeable in web page speed optimization
- Knowledgeable in Google Analytics 4 implementation
- Knowledge in Amplitude, Segmentation Tools
- Experience integrating analytics tracking to native mobile apps (iOS and Android apps)
- Typescript, NextJS, GraphQL experience
- Experience in A/B Testing and experimentation tools (Adobe Target)
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) and automated deployments.
- Experience in Agile working environment.
- Experience with Server side and client side integrations for Pixels
Job Summary
The Rocket Mortgage Growth Engineering team is looking for a Data Engineer specializing in web analytics to join our team. The Growth Engineering Team handles all the analytics data collection of Rocket digital products and creates A/B Test experiments to increase user engagement and conversion.
Responsibilities
- Work with our Product Management and S&A (Strategy & Analytics) teams to create specs for analytics tracking
- Collaborate with multiple technology streams on how to optimize and integrate analytics data collection
- Work with Engineers on how to automate testing of analytics tracking
- Create and configure new events in Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics
- Ensure the analytics strategy is in line with RKT strategies
- Create Adobe dashboard reports
- Continuously look for ways to improve the process of analytics data collection
- Monitor our analytics and detect if there are any anomalies in the data
- Implement Server- Side, client-side integrations using tag manager

Colorado, New York City, Jersey City, California, D.C and Washington Candidates Only. The salary range for this position is seventy thousand dollars to one hundred forty-seven thousand five hundred dollars. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
