We are looking for a Senior Developer to join our team.

About the team

Our team, under T&I board area, creates the latest products/services in the SAP BTP Platform. We try to use the latest Cloud technology trends, working methods and mindset. We aim to bring the next level of technology innovation to our customers. 

We are a very experienced team, we always help each other, love to bring in new people to share with us the passion of developing and creating quality software.

The project

You will be joining the Anonymization Service project which is an SAP BTP service that provides unstructured data anonymization for free text, text files, and images.

The service utilizes deterministic logic (e.g. regex) as well as AI/ML-based techniques (e.g. natural language processing (NLP), named entity recognition (NER), and deep learning models).

You will join an international project composed by people from India, Bulgaria, UK, US and be a point of contact in Europe for the service.

What you’ll do 

• Code in Python
• Learn and develop your AI / ML Knowledge·    
• Learn new technologies, help the team adopt state of the art technologies and innovate.
• Provide inputs and knowledge on the best way forward to build the service.
• Be part of the team: party up with a highly skilled engineer team and work/learn with some of the best engineers in the software industry.
• Be part of product development at SAP, where we build and deploy the next generation of SAP products.

What you’ll bring

• Love for software development and learning
• Deep experience with programming languages, ideally Python
• Deep Git knowledge
• (nice to have) Machine Learning knowledge. Ideally we are looking for someone with at least some basic AI/ML knowledge and most importantly a motivation to learn the topic and become an expert
• (nice to have) Containerization and Orchestration knowledge (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Ability to speak and write English fluently is mandatory.
