SUMMARY:

Qorvo is looking for a Master Data Analyst responsible to perform data entry in SAP, extract Data from SAP, perform data validation and analysis, make recommendations to improve data accuracy monitoring and reporting, perform data clean up, create documentation, and proactively engage in standardization on business processes. Reviews recommendations with Master Data team and executes changes and updates in SAP. This position is within Global Operations and not a part of Information Technology. This is not a Data Analytics position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for accurate and timely master data (Material Master, BOM (Bill of Materials), Routing, Work Center, etc.) input into SAP.
• Perform SAP Data Validation and Data Analysis.
• Make recommendations to improve master data accuracy monitoring, reporting and standardize business processes.
• Participate in project meetings and execute on SAP master data improvements and data clean up.
• Perform daily tactical tasks and think strategically.
• Create business process workflows and documentation.

• Proactively communicate within Master Data team and internal customers on the status and alignment of initiatives or requests.
• Engage in analytical discussion with other team members and internal customers.
• Research issues and propose solutions to those issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA/BS degree in Supply Chain/Operations or Business or related field of study
• 0 - 2 years of relevant experience 
• SAP Experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Microsoft Visio, Tableau, Power BI experience preferred
• Must have good analytical skills
• Self-Starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have willingness and initiative to learn new applications & software with minimal guidance
• Strong organization skills and attention to details
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
• Must have the ability to work and make decisions independently with minimal supervision
• Must have good interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in a team based and Lean environment.
