Lead Data Analyst & Business Intelligence

To reinforce our Benelux Data Office department, Allianz is currently looking for a Lead Data Analyst & Business Intelligence. Are you ready to take the lead and drive impactful data-intelligence projects to (re-)shape the way Allianz Benelux looks at its commercial performance? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead high profile  business intelligence projects in state-of-the-art data warehousing methodology to deliver actionable forward and backward looking insights and drive data-driven performance management across the Benelux region. As Lead Data Analyst & Business Intelligence, you will have the opportunity to:

• Build strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders to understand the operational constraints, opportunities, and strategic objectives across Benelux.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze operational issues, prioritize efforts, and drive meaningful impact through stakeholder management and communication.
• Gain a deep understanding of the data environment, including back-end systems, local data hubs, and dependencies on other initiatives, and drive the creation of a future roadmap of solutions.
• Oversee the technical delivery of solutions, ensuring adherence to milestones and budget.

Let’s do the match:

Are you proficient in SQL and Data Warehouses, especially the Data Vault methodology? Check! Do you have experience in Data Modeling & Visualization, and knowledge of insurance product and market performance KPIs? Check! Few years of experience in a leadership position in business intelligence, data analysis, or data warehousing within insurance, banking, or telecom sectors? Check! Can you showcase a proven track record of leading business-critical projects and handling large, complex data sets? Check! Do you possess strong communication skills and good stakeholder management? Check! Have you demonstrated proficiency in project management, including Agile, and hold an advanced degree in a quantitative field? Double Check!
