The Data Analyst, Revenue Operations will play a critical role in optimizing and managing the end-to-end revenue processes within the sales department. This position involves collaborating with multiple teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and improving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and has a strong background in sales data analysis and reporting.

As a Data Analyst, Revenue Operations, you will:

  • Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing revenue.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
  • Present findings and actionable insights to senior management.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM, PowerBi and other systems.
  • Develop and manage revenue forecasting models to predict future sales performance.
  • Assist in setting sales targets and quotas based on historical data and market trends.
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on revenue strategies and objectives.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between departments to drive unified revenue goals.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices for sales operations and revenue management.

 

Requirements for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience in a high-growth, technology, or SaaS company.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a proven ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • PowerBi and advanced Excel experience is required
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, (NetSuite preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices
