The Role

AWS, GCP cloud operations, review technical architectures, Microservices , Kubernetes, SRE, Datadog, Application production support, Troubleshooting application performance issues, Observability, Monitoring alerts, dashboard creation, Cloud SRE Tool experience, GitHub action, JFrog, Artefactory , Consul, etc.

• Experience in AWS, GCP IaaS / PaaS (multi-cloud will be added advantage) & SRE functions
• Experience leading a team in an Application Production Environment Support
• Good knowledge & hands on experience across multiple areas (at least 2 to 3 areas) like Cloud IaaS, PaaS services, Kubernettes, DevOps / infrastructure As Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, GIT, Chef, Artifactory, JFrog), SRE operations, server OS (Linux, Windows), network/security
• Guiding the team technically, driving resolution of critical issues & delivering Cloud and SRE Managed Services support engagements
• Understanding of Operating Systems, Backups and High-Availability(HA)/DR.
• Strong Experience in any of the Scripting Languages (Perl, Python, PowerShell, VBScript)
• Strong experience in Observability Tools (DataDog, Grafana, ELK)
• IT Service Management: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management
• Full-stack troubleshooting skills across network, application, management fabric, and distributed services layers.
• Willing to work in 24*7 shift-based model
