Production Software Engineer (Big Data Support)

Career Level - IC2

• Troubleshoot and analyze complex Production issues
• Own, debug and document complex investigations and resolution
• Propose and lead process improvement projects
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of architecture and data models to prevent or resolve issues
• Perform root-cause analysis & come up with preventive actions
• Share knowledge within team through mentorships, coaching, technical talks and blogs

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field or relevant work experience
• 3-4 years of Experience in Production Operations / Support area
• Should have worked on supporting BigData related Ops/ Support preferably with Hadoop Map-Reduce background
• Should be technically hands-on and be able to troubleshoot issues independently
• Role requires to work in shifts on a monthly rotation basis
• Should have excellent Communication Skills and be able to interact with stakeholders in different regions of the world
