Position Summary

Generative AI Developer: Automating Innovation

We are seeking a talented and motivated Generative AI Developer to join our team and spearhead the automation revolution. You will be instrumental in tackling complex challenges across various domains, including:

Code Optimization: Leverage generative AI to identify and implement opportunities for code improvement, boosting efficiency and performance.
API Automation & Orchestration: Design and build automated systems that seamlessly interact with and orchestrate diverse APIs, freeing up valuable human resources.
Automated Report Generation & Summarization: Utilize generative AI to automate report generation and summarization, extracting key insights and presenting them in clear, concise formats.
Data Science Workflow Automation: Streamline and automate the entire data science workflow, from data acquisition and preparation to analysis and model development.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Generative AI Developer, you will:

A. Utilize state-of-the-art open-source LLMs for various tasks.
B. Leverage Hugging Face API and its extensive libraries for model access and manipulation.
C. Adapt and personalize pre-trained models for specific use cases.
D. Understand and wield RAG model capabilities for information retrieval for augmenting Workflows.
E. Manage and process high-dimensional data with vector databases.
F. Orchestrate complex workflows using advanced frameworks like Langchain.
G. Proactively stay updated on the latest advancements in the AI field.
H. Keenly track emerging technologies and their potential applications.
I. Continuously seek out new ways to leverage AI for impactful solutions.
J. Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art generative AI models using deep learning libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
K. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, product managers) to define project goals, research requirements, and develop innovative solutions.
L. Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools and frameworks for specific tasks.
M. Train and optimize generative AI models to achieve desired performance metrics.
N. Monitor and maintain deployed models, ensuring their accuracy and efficiency.
O. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI research and development.

Skills and Qualifications

• Has a wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways

• Works on complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables. Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinates other's tasks

• May manage a group such as coordinating activities regarding costs, methods and staffing

• Typically requires at least 8 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years
