Senior Data Analyst

About the Role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll work cross functionally across our entire go to market organization to help inform our GTM strategy and business decisions, and ensure that Lattice is operating at its full potential. You will work within the Business Operations team, a small group of folks working to make sure that Lattice executes rigorously against data driven decisions. 

This person will play a critical role in supporting the revenue organization by providing insight to improve sales & marketing efficiency. This role will work closely with Sales and Operational leaders across a variety of long-term strategic initiatives as well as ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities

• Work with GTM leaders to develop roadmaps that empower our Customer facing teams through repeatable analyses and informed decision-making
• Independently scope and drive key projects that anticipate the needs of executive leadership
• Design and instrument Lattice’s key performance metrics to deliver on projects based on our GTM strategy
• Define data model requirements that are scalable and focus on immediate business outcomes and results
• Model first- and third-party data into analytical frameworks, core reporting, and metrics that can be used across the business
• Drive analyses to optimize core go-to-market processes that enable us to continue to scale
• Refine ambiguous questions and generate new insights through a deep understanding of the data, our customers, and our business
• Handle ad hoc reporting and analytics requests to improve the sales & marketing processes that drive the Lattice GTM engine

Qualifications 

• 4+ years experience in analytics/data science, finance, or strategic role in a technology company
• Experience supporting GTM in a B2B SaaS business
• Strong SQL skills a must
• Prior experience with DBT a plus
• Prior experience with Looker or other BI tool
• Very strong organizational skills, with the ability to drive data initiatives and elevate the data maturity across the business
• Strong communication skills
