Job Description

The Data Analyst & Project Specialist develops expertise in a processing, building, maintaining and analyzing excellent data quality in the CER region. This person continuous to seek for innovative initiatives to improve the business conduct and compliance.

The Data Analyst & Project Specialist will support the CER by providing analytical reports based on the CRM system, In-Market Sales Data, AH Market Data and Internal Finance Reports in order to identify opportunities for growth increased efficiency and productivity.

The Data Analyst & Project Specialist is fully accountable in an ensuring continuous and excellent data quality and lead cross-functional activities in order to obtain timely inputs that support the quality of the data reports.

Job Description and Responsibilities

1) In-Market Sales (IMS) Data Management:

• Establish and implement an automated data base of in-market sales data at customer level that is delivered every month to the business units

• Lead and manage the contacts with customer service, administration and wholesalers in order to ensure the timely reception of the data and execute the monthly reports

• Establish and maintain an automated market inventory stock database updated monthly by crossing the in-market sales data and the Ex-Factory internal sales report

2) Customer-loyalty program support/ Input for SIP calculations:

• Based on IMS Data to provide reliable inputs to Finance Department on the Customer business performance on the comparison of the contractual vs actual performance

• Based on IMS Data to provide reliable inputs to National Sales managers on our AH CER commercial colleagues’ business performance data in their regions on the comparison of the targeted vs actual performance

3) Main Projects responsibilities:

• Responsible for mapping business & commercial requirements (e.g. customer loyalty program) and to provide proper calculative tools to respond to business needs

• Data Quality Management – ensure quality and coherence of data across systems and platforms.

• Data Automation – design and build the process of data automation

• Provide analytical inputs to tactical and strategic business projects enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions

4) Compliance

• Ensures that all activities are in line with compliance and our code of conduct

• Ensure GDPR compliance

Qualifications

Education: Master degree or any relevant experience

Skills Required:

· 3-4 years of experience in Data Analyst positions

· Practical knowledge of data processing tools (Alteryx or similar), data automation (Power) and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire)

· Experience in Cloud Based Data storage solutions (e.g. AWS)

· Experience with SAP is an advantage

· Experience in managing CRM systems is an advantage

· Experience in bio-science environment is an advantage

· Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)

· Basic programming skills (e.g Python) would be a plus

· Proven tactical/strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

· Adherence to Company compliance policies and procedures, unquestionable ethics and integrity

· Fluent in English verbally and written
