Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Data Analyst – Early Collections to join our Collections Expert Unit, Team of Easy Financing Tribe.

The responsibility of this team is to make the difference by being customers’ partner in times of financial difficulties, while protecting bank interest and our way of working is Agile.

Your key responsibilities:

As an Data Analyst Early Collections, you will:

Positively contribute to the team responsible for delivering a high-quality early collections service.

Co-create and lead

the strategy and the roadmap to achieve the best-in-class collections services the precise and safe execution of the operational processes and automated collections workflow configuration in the Collections Tool the external collections agencies coordination and monitoring, iv) the evolution towards a more data driven and digital service.

Expertise in managing collections services, amicable and legal collections services, for direct portfolios or third-party services, for more than 3 - 5 years.

Degree in Economics, Business, Math or Engineering (bachelor’s degree or equivalent in).

Proficient knowledge of Excel and SQL. Other programming languages such as SAS/MicroStrategy/Power BI would be welcome.

High Level of English.

Expertise in the banking industry, expertise or technical knowledge in collections software management or experience in digital collections will be valued.

En ING buscamos un Analista de Datos – Early Collections

Su función y entorno de trabajo:

Estamos buscando un Analista de Datos talentoso y entusiasta – Early Collections para unirse a nuestra Unidad de Expertos en Cobranzas, el Equipo de Easy Financing Tribe.

La responsabilidad de este equipo es marcar la diferencia siendo el socio de los clientes en momentos de dificultades financieras, protegiendo los intereses bancarios y nuestra forma de trabajar es Agile.

Sus principales responsabilidades:

Como analista de datos de colecciones tempranas, podrá:

Contribuir positivamente al equipo responsable de brindar un servicio de cobros anticipados de alta calidad.

Co-crear y liderar

la estrategia y la hoja de ruta para lograr los mejores servicios de cobranza la ejecución precisa y segura de los procesos operativos y la configuración automatizada del flujo de trabajo de cobros en la herramienta de cobros la coordinación y seguimiento de las agencias externas de cobranza, iv) la evolución hacia un servicio más digital y basado en datos .

Experiencia en la gestión de servicios de cobranzas, servicios de cobranza amistosa y legal, para carteras directas o servicios de terceros, por más de 3 a 5 años.

Licenciado en Economía, Empresa, Matemáticas o Ingeniería (licenciatura o equivalente en).

Conocimiento competente de Excel y SQL. Otros lenguajes de programación como SAS/MicroStrategy/Power BI serían bienvenidos.

Alto nivel de inglés.

Se valorará  la experiencia en el sector bancario, la pericia o los conocimientos técnicos en la gestión de software de cobros o la experiencia en cobros digitales.
