The Data Strategist is a hybrid role that combines analytical skills with a humanistic and sociological approach. They will be responsible for guiding and implementing data-driven strategies for the agency. This role requires a strong understanding of data, analytics, and communication strategies to drive client success.
The ideal candidate for this role should be curious, always seeking to learn and understand new things. They should be proactive, taking the initiative to identify opportunities. They should also be independent, capable of working autonomously and taking responsibility for their own work.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Strategy to be employed in our Milan office.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret data to provide meaningful insights that guide strategic decisions.
  • Translate data into strategic actionables that support the business objectives of the agency and its clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integration across all aspects of the communication process.
  • Create reports and presentations that effectively communicate data analysis findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends related to data use in communication and advertising.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Data Strategist role or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large amounts of data.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of data analysis software and data management platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel (worksheets, pivot tables, formulas)
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint for presentations
  • Familiarity with MacOS environment
  • Familiarity with trend desk research and insight scouting.

  • Attention to detail: The candidate should possess a keen eye for detail and be able to spot trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.

  • Problem-solving attitude: The candidate should display a proactive attitude towards problems and and working with their colleagues to develop practical solutions.

  • Positive attitude: The candidate should possess a positive attitude towards work and colleagues, and be able to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor even in stressful situations.
