BlackStone eIT, a leading computer software company, is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Data Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Sr. Data Manager at BlackStone eIT, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end data lifecycle, ensuring the reliability, integrity, and accessibility of data.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data management strategies, establish data governance policies, and implement data management tools and processes. You will also be responsible for maintaining data security and privacy, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data management strategies and policies
  • Oversee the design and implementation of data governance frameworks
  • Establish data quality standards and implement data cleansing and validation processes
  • Define and enforce data security and privacy measures
  • Ensure compliance with relevant data regulations and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and establish data collection, storage, and reporting processes
  • Monitor data usage and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Manage data documentation and metadata
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of +10 years of experience in data management or a related role
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, best practices, and industry standards
  • Experience with data governance frameworks and tools
  • Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations
  • Experience with data quality management and data cleansing processes
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team
  • Experience with data management tools and technologies
