Solutions Architect

Job Description & Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect with a deep understanding of Python, graph theory, and extensive experience in AI and ML. The ideal candidate will encompass the roles of a product manager and scrum master, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of solutions. A strong understanding of the Quantexa platform and experience with AWS is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Vision and Strategy: Define and align technical vision with business objectives, focusing on AI-driven solutions and analytics. Make recommendations regarding architectural solutions and alternatives;

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to architect solutions that optimize processes and user experiences. Facilitate cross-functional internal discussions to ensure alignment of business needs across the organization;

• End-to-End Design: Supervise all stages of the software development lifecycle, ensuring a data-centric approach that aligns with business objectives. Document solutions meticulously for development and integration teams;

• AI and Advanced Analytics: Lead AI and ML initiatives utilizing state-of-the-art tools and platforms to innovate and optimize. Incorporate AI and analytics methodologies to enhance solution offerings;

• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating intricate technical concepts into digestible information for varied audiences. Participate in pre-sales customer workshops, support RFX processes, and assist in client demos showcasing AI capabilities;

• Integration and Customization: Support the integration of third-party systems and field technical inquiries about functionality, installation, deployment, and customization;

• Product Management: Manage product development processes, ensuring that product goals are met on time and within budget. Prioritize product features, create detailed product specifications, and work closely with the development team;

• Scrum Master Responsibilities: Manage each project’s scope and timeline, coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups. Coach team members in Agile frameworks, facilitate internal communication, and ensure effective collaboration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in AI, ML, and software development;

• Deep understanding of the Quantexa platform;

• Strong proficiency in Python;

• Extensive understanding of graph theory and its applications;

• Proven experience with AWS;

• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies;

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail;

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences;

• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading high-impact projects;

• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including unit testing, code reviews, and documentation;

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
