Supply Resilience Data Analyst

Data Collection, Analysis, and Management (Tactical Work) – 70%

• Collaborate with various teams to collect relevant data related to supply assurance/resilience and supply management, supporting both existing capabilities and upcoming capabilities.
• Organize, analyze, and maintain databases to ensure accurate, reliable, and accessible data for consumption.

Key Program Execution (Strategic Work) – 30%

• Collaborate with team members to perform analytical work and implement tool solutions, such as custom dashboards and systemic reports, to enhance supply resilience.
• Stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in supply chain risk management and business continuity plans on sourcing and supply resilience to develop innovative strategies and custom tool solutions for business teams usage.

Qualifications:

• Recent bachelor’s graduate with a 3- or 4-year degree in IT, Computer Technology/Science, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Data Science.
• Less than two years of overall work experience.

Skills and Attributes:

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of managing and analyzing data ranges using MS excel, handling data maintenance activities in SAP, building custom dashboards using Tableau, and familiarity with supply chain concepts (an advantage).
•  Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau, SQL Programming, MS Excel, Python, or R
