Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced RPA Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of RPA solutions using technologies such as Blue Prism, Power Automate, Copilots, and Python. This role requires a visionary approach to enhance digital capabilities for our business teams, ensuring seamless automation of processes and driving continuous improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

RPA Development and Implementation:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions using Blue Prism, Power Automate, Copilots, and Python in accordance with Tyson standards design principles and conventions.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities and define project requirements.
• Develop and maintain RPA workflows, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.
• Resolving complex issues that arise in day to day running of automation solutions and providing timely responses and solutions as required.

Technical Leadership:

• Lead development team to ensure highest quality and timely delivery of automation solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Ensure best practices in RPA development, including coding standards, code reviews, and documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA technologies and tools.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple RPA projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks proactively.

Process Improvement

• Continuously evaluate and improve existing RPA solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation across various business functions.
• Implement changes and updates to RPA solutions based on feedback and evolving business needs.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide effective RPA solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate business teams on RPA capabilities and best practices.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.

Must have skills:

• Proficiency with RPA Tools: Blue prism 6.8, 7+ versions, Blue prism capture, Blue prism Interact, Blue prism Hub, Power Automate, AI Hub, Microsoft Copilot Studio and OCR Engines like AWS Textract
• Strong programming skills in Python for process automation.
• Ability to plan, manage, and execute multiple RPA projects.
• Proficiency in risk management and timely project delivery.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring RPA development teams.
• Strong collaboration and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze business processes for automation opportunities.
• Strong troubleshooting and continuous improvement skills.
• Enthusiasm for exploring new RPA developments and technologies.
• Ability to adapt to new tools and drive innovation.

Preferred skills:

• Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
• Knowledge of other automation tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in process analysis and optimization.
• Preferred knowledge on OCR engines like ABBYY and Palantir

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an RPA Developer, with a strong focus on Blue Prism, Power Automate, Copilots, and Python.
• Demonstrated experience in leading RPA projects and managing a team of developers.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Certification in Blue Prism, Power Automate, or other relevant RPA tools is a plus.
