Position: AI-ML Solution Architect

Your Tasks:

• Design and develop AI architectures, frameworks, and algorithms that can support large-scale and sophisticated AI solutions.
• Conceptualize and design innovative GenAI applications that leverage advanced large language models (LLMs) and other generative AI techniques.
• Break down complex GenAI projects into manageable tasks, define timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
• Integrate state-of-the-art pre-trained LLMs or develop custom models to achieve specific application goals.
• Fine-tune and optimize LLM performance for tasks like text generation, question answering, or code completion.
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies, tools, and frameworks to achieve desired performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Own the development and implementation of AI models, ensuring consistency to standard processes in machine learning and deep learning.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, define project scope, and develop data-driven solutions that meet business objectives.
• Lead a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, providing technical guidance, conduct regular code reviews, mentorship, and support to drive innovation and excellence.
• Research and evaluate state-of-the-art machine learning techniques, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve model performance and scalability.
• Drive best practices for data management, feature engineering, model evaluation, and model deployment to ensure robustness, reliability, and performance of AI/ML solutions.
• Document AI architectures, design decisions, and technical specifications for reference and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics Engineering, or a related technical field. Phd is good to have.
• 10+ years of experience in research development, with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• 7+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production.
• Experience to include domain areas like NLP and Computer Vision with technology areas like deep learning, machine learning, reinforcement learning and GenAI technologies
• Demonstrated experience in generative AI with Azure or open AI platform
• Proven experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with distributed computing systems and large-scale data processing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Contribution to invention disclosure process.
• A strong publication record in top machine learning conferences or journals.
