A day in the life!
You will be responsible for the following:
- Design, develop, and maintain the data architecture, data models and standards for various Data Integration & Data Warehousing projects in Snowflake, combined with other technologies
- Lead a team of top data engineers to design and implement efficient data pipelines (ETLs) to integrate data from a variety of sources into WellSky Home’s Data Warehouse as well as data model changes that align with warehouse standards and backfill or other warehouse data management processes
- Expand and optimize our data, data pipeline architecture, data flow, and data collection for cross-functional teams
- Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure high quality warehouse data
- Develop and maintain documentation of the data architecture, data flows and data models
- Maintain ownership of technical solutions from design and architecture perspective, ensuring the right direction and propose resolution to potential data pipeline-related problems
- Provide technical guidance and support to a vibrant engineering team, and provide coaching and teaching your teammates how to do great data engineering
- Grow the field of data engineering at WellSky through sustained collaboration, teaching and developing our data engineering standards
Do you have what it takes?
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant work experience
- 8-10 years related work experience
- SQL Server experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Snowflake and Big Query or Red Shift
- Healthcare industry experience
