He aha te mahi? What's the role?

Reporting to the Head of Europe Supply Chain,,based In Bologna, the SIS & Data Manager ensures Zespri Global Supply EU systems operativity and data integrity across multiple supply regions (Italy, France, Greece) as well as the maintenance of the alignment with Zespri global approach.  She or He leads team of 2 people.

Please note the role is a is a two-year replacement role. Key Responsibilities include:

Optimization of Supply Operations processes

• Provide strategic leadership for continuous improvement, transformation of supply operations processes
• Leverage the potential of systems integration to enhance processes while ensuring standardization across ZGS 
• Support and enable the SIS Team to ensure packing and loading is not impacted by connectivity disruptions, data issues

Supply Information Management 

• Manage the relationship with ZGS WMS’s software providers
• Responsible for the integrity and operativity and improvement of ZGS Systems (SAP, RADFORDS, FLEX2B and/or other WMS)  and oversee EDI troubleshooting
• Ensure season start setup for all systems and coordinate the maintenance of ZGS related Master Data across the various business areas (initiation of requests, integrity analysis) and data control

We are looking for a high performing manager  who has a passion for people and supply chain information systems. Being results driven and able to work well under pressure you will also possess:

• A former experience as IT consulting in Supply Chain or a seasoned SAP project manager and experience with EDI and WMS
• A proven experience of team management and stakeholder management (such as Finance)
• An excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong cross-cultural competence
• The ability to drive & respond to change and deal with ambiguity across geographical time zones
• An open-mind and be energetic
• Self-motivation, be proactive and be a true team player
• Fluent in Italian and English 
• A relevant Bachelor degree in Information systems for supply chain management or Supply Chain with a specialization in IT
