To effectively manage the market research and analytics function through delivery of insights to ensure optimal service delivery, profitability, sustainability and future competitive growth.

Are you someone who can:

• Building models and performing analytics for the various areas within eBucks. e.g. eBucks Travel, eBucks Shop, Call Centre, eBucks Retail partners…
• Providing rewards analytics to the greater FNB Business units
• Aid the development of customer value propositions that are financially sound
• Develop future rewards models and mechanisms to support ongoing profitability and rewards generosity

Core Technical Skills:

• High proficiency in SAS (or SQL/Python/R) coding and data manipulation

• High proficiency in Excel (VBA not necessary but advantageous)

• Proficiency in Word and Powerpoint
• Ability to build new models as well as make improvements to existing processes

Personal Attributes:

• Good communication skills

• Able to solve complex analytical problems

• High level of Business acumen

• Able to apply analytical solutions to business problems

• Positive can-do attitude

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Qualification: Actuarial or Quantitative degree (honors preferable)
• Experience: 4-6 years relevant experience in an Actuarial or Quant environment
