Associate Software Engineer (Python+RAG Specialist)

Devsinc is hiring for Associate Software Engineer (Python+RAG Specialist) for It's Lahore office.


Key Responsibilities:
•⁠  ⁠Assist in designing, implementing, and optimizing RAG architectures.
•⁠  ⁠Develop and maintain Python code for various projects.
•⁠  ⁠Implement advanced optimization strategies for model performance.
•⁠  ⁠Utilize Langchain documentation to enhance development processes.
•⁠  ⁠Measure and analyze the performance of different models and algorithms.
•⁠  ⁠Work with vector databases to manage and retrieve data efficiently.
•⁠  ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into existing systems.
•⁠  ⁠Deploy and manage solutions on Azure cloud services.

Requirements

•⁠  ⁠6 months to 1 year of experience in Python programming.
•⁠  ⁠Basic understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques.
•⁠  ⁠Familiarity with Langchain documentation and its applications.
•⁠  ⁠Experience with vector databases and data retrieval methods.
•⁠  ⁠Knowledge of advanced optimization strategies for machine learning models.
•⁠  ⁠Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
•⁠  ⁠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•⁠  ⁠Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:
•⁠  ⁠Experience with other programming languages and frameworks.
•⁠  ⁠Understanding of machine learning and AI concepts.
•⁠  ⁠Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
•⁠  ⁠Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
•⁠  ⁠Previous experience in a collaborative, agile environment.
