• AI Expertise:
  • Design and implement efficient vector databases to support large-scale Generative AI applications.
  • Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for effective information retrieval and text generation.
  • Integrate Langchain framework and develop & implement context-aware techniques for Generative AI models.
  • Design and implement human-in-the-loop workflows to ensure accuracy, control, and mitigate bias in Generative AI outputs.
  • Monitor and evaluate Generative AI model performance identify and address potential biases and fairness concerns.
  • Utilize advanced prompt engineering techniques to refine model interactions and improve output quality.
• Data Science Foundation:
  • Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze and prepare data for Generative AI projects.
  • Conduct research and stay up to date on the latest advancements in Generative AI and related fields (e.g., Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning).
  • Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, research, product) to deliver successful Generative AI solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience building and optimizing Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs, RAG pipelines, Fine Tuning).
• Strong understanding of vector databases and their application in Generative AI.
• Expertise in prompt engineering techniques.
• Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with relevant AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• A solid foundation in statistics, machine learning, and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
