Business Data Scientist

In this role, you will be working with a lot of data and providing recommendations to the top leadership . Driving business decisions from data analysis is at the heart of this role. In this fast growing and innovative technology area, you would be working in an international team of business experts to drive strategic decisions, shaping the future of mobility with us. This is a maternity cover for 18 months.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish toolchain for the automating data collection from excels in the database.

• Defining, cleaning and working with the datasets to drive strategic business decisions.

• Building training pipelines and real-time inference run-times (PyTorch, TensorFlow, TensorRT, Python)

• Strong analytical skills to find patterns, create predictive models, and develop insights that guide decision-making within businesses.

• Build and automate dashboards in Qliksense for the data visualization and executive level reporting.

• Support the roadmap planning for the next generation products with global product team and align expectations and business goals with region.

• Manage and execute continuous improvement opportunities with data intelligence and collaboration with the global teams (Engineering – Product – Region).

• Drive data-based decision making for strategic items impacting profitability and revenue growth in the region.

• Collaborate with sales organization to support strategic planning for customer winning strategy with past data

• Manage strategic initiatives to improve workflow, teamwork, and budget management

• Support in the yearly budget business plan with target development.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years Python and Data Science experience in project driven teams.

• Familiarity with the SQL, AWS & Azure will be strongly preferred.

• Python Django experience is preferred.

• Strong model-building skills (structured & semi-structured data).

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst.

• Financial modeling and business expertise a plus.

• Broad business experience driving execution and adoption of key strategic programs across large teams

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on structure and execution

• Strong financial analysis, budget & business planning, and management experience and skills

• Strong verbal & written communication and presentation skills

• Strong team player approach, collaborative and cross-functional mindset ; hands-on mentality
