Data Scientist

We are looking for data scientists who are excited to work on Machine Learning/Deep Learning projects. The ideal candidate will have good Machine Learning/Deep learning knowledge, hands on experience solving complex real-world ML/DL problems and have hands on developing Gen AI solutions. We want people who are excited to solve the hard problems, eager to work with a larger team of data scientists & engineers.

What you do:

• Ability to code & implement reusable Machine learning frameworks/ Gen AI solutions.
• Work with data engineers and analysts to source, analyse & engineer features, perform data augmentation.

• Ability to design and build an efficient data pipeline that can train, test & deploy high Quality models into production to run at scale

• Conduct reasearch on Generative AI solution requirements and develop proof of concepts ( POCs) within minimal timeframes to demonstrate feasibility and drive innovation.

   

What you bring:

• Computer Engineering or equivalent Degree 
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Python and SQL
• 4+ years of data science/analytics experience
• Experience in traditional Machine Learning and Deep Learning
• Hands on experience with Deep Learning (especially Natural Language Processing)
• Multimodal data Gen AI solution development experience. Should have worked on end-to-end LLM solutions.
• Ability to work on translation, voice processing and sentimental analysis.
• Advanced ability to perform exploratory data analysis, Data visualization. 
• Familiarity with data management tools.
• Working knowledge of Statistics and familiarity with common data science toolkits
• Excellent communication (written and oral) & technical writing skills

Further Qualifications 

• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Keras, and TensorFlow.
•  Practical experience in containerized, cloud-based environments, particularly Microsoft Azure.
•  Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Familiarity and experience with Database Management System (DBMS) technologies.
• Professional software development experience, including documentation and testing.
•  Experience with monitoring systems.
•  Understanding of software architecture design principles.
•  Experience working in a cross-functional and distributed agile team.
• Up-to-date knowledge of recent machine learning research topics and their applications.
