Development Program - Generative AI Developer

We’re looking for early career IT professionals to join our team in Muscatine, Iowa ! Our IT Early Career Development Program is a two-year program offering rotations through the Information & Digital Technology organization solving business challenges. This role is ideal for someone with an interest in machine learning, generative AI technologies such as Open AI, Hugging Face, Llama-3, DALL-E, etc., and other deep learning models.

What You Will Do: 

• Develop, test, and deploy generative AI solutions for various domains such as text, image, audio, and video.
• Collaborate with other AI developers and stakeholders to understand the requirements and deliver solutions.
• Research and implement generative AI solution using large language models (LLMs), agents, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Collaborate with developers to refine and optimize AI algorithms.
• Support the deployment and integration of AI models into production systems.
• Document and present the results and insights of the generative AI projects.

What You Have

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field.
• Experience, knowledge, or interest in generative AI models and tools such as Open AI, Hugging Face, Llama-3, DALL-E, etc.
• Experience programming in Python and knowledge/experience of other languages
• Understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI concepts and principles, especially LLMs, agents, RAG, and inference evaluation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
