Generative AI Software Engineer

About the team: CEO Stefanos was the global Head of Messenger at Facebook. CTO Yandong was CTO of Strava. Other founding members have experience working for Google, Facebook, Uber and other startups.
We are seeking a Generative AI software engineer to leverage our Connectly, and partner models to build amazing AI sales experiences. You'll be working alongside a talented team of research, ML, data, and software engineers. An ideal candidate has experience with RAG systems, LLM chains, and software engineering. Furthermore, you will work with the product team to collect customer feedback and iterate our products.
This is an in-person role at our San Francisco office (FIDI). Please be aware that due to the low success rate of the H1B visa lottery, we are unable to sponsor new visa applications.

Responsibilities

• Build AI Agents using state-of-the-art models trained by Connectly and 3rd party foundational models.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines.
• Collaborate with ML Engineers on algorithms and modeling ideas.
• Contribute to Connectly's internal version of LangChain.
• Monitor and optimize language chains for production.
• Opportunities to work on model training jobs if interested - not required.

Requirements

• >= 1 year of Python software engineering experience
• Experience with a Gen AI toolkit library (i.e. LangChain), and a RAG toolkit (i.e. LlamaIndex)
• Experience prompt engineering
• Strong interest in AI
• Strong programming ability

This is an in-person role at our San Francisco office (FIDI). Our AI team is in person to enable faster collaboration and product iteration.
