Job Description

• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the local Data Management team (Qualification, the launch of assessed customers, and IQ-related tasks)
• Ensure high quality of the Data delivered and ensure team’s adherence to defined processes and best practice
• Respond to escalations, data and queries from internal and external customers
• Daily task allocation,  resource planning and coaching of the Team
• Ensure that individual, team and company objectives (defined SLA and KPIs) are met 
• Trigger training requirements of team members and make follow-ups to ensure a good level of expertise 
• Be commendable, lead by example and ensure a positive attitude in the team
• Actively participate in the recruitment, training, and coaching of newcomers to ensure a smooth integration
• Participate in and promote collaboration on initiatives and projects to improve on existing process and/or develop new processes in-line with EcoVadis innovation strategies
• Additional responsibilities related to the function as and when required.

Qualifications

• Degree in a Business related discipline (Management, Business, Marketing) or any equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 3 years experience 
• Experience in managing a team or training team members
• High proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Must be fluent in English and French. Proficiency in additional languages would be appreciated
• Experience in data research, data entry or data management will be an advantage

Required skills:

• Understanding of businesses, processes, and organizational structure, previous project/process management experience is preferred
• Able to multitask, coordinate and prioritize duties and tasks
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills, autonomous and self-driven
• Must be a “people person” & a connector.  Be seen as an ambassador to other departments.
