Senior Vice President - Enterprise Architecture( IT)

Role Accountability 1. Evaluate business needs/issues to determine how IT can best support in fulfilling the needs/resolving the issues and devising suitable solution architectures
2. As chief custodian of enterprise data, set data governance standards and define data monitoring systems to enable safe and efficient use of data across the organization
3. Advise senior management on all matters concerning enterprise data
4. Maintain enterprise architecture standard to design scalable and integrated solutions for emerging business requirments
5. Drive the enterprise digital transformation agenda to foster innovation, reduce costs and enhance revenue generation (with initiatives such as Cloud Strategy & APIfication Strategy)
6. As primary owner of all orgaizational databases (Turbine Data Lake, Legacy Data Marts - ODS, RDM), support analytics and reporting on products, customers, operations, and markets by developing systems and processes which enable timely sharing of relevant data to concerned stakeholders
6. Build platforms supporting machine learning models and leverage advanced analytics to deliver business value
7. Actively scan technology landscape to identify and eliminate/replace redundant/obsolete components
8. Deliver use cases of advanced analytics and adopt data science in business processes
9. Enhance business intelligence by championing the usage of data analytics in making business decisions across the organization
10. Institutionalize strong program governance and controls for driving strategic IT programs
11. Maintain awareness of emerging data science practices in FSI and analyze feasibility of adoption in SBI Card
12. Oversee adherence to regular process documentation practices in compliance with the process guidelines 
13. Ensure appropriate working disaster recovery setups are in place for all Middleware channels/applications
14. Ensure reliability and availability of all Middleware changes which includes 24/7 availability for incident management, proactive monitoring of business systems, set up of alerts basis systems/business key metrics with their respective thresholds
15.  Define complete solution roadmap for strategic and Mode1 initiatives which includes end to end solutions, build vs buy decisioning, budget planning,selecting the right partner and successful implementation of projects within the roadmap
16. Enforce the SOA governance by defining process and guidlines around design, documentation and implementation of webservices, documentation of polices,templatization of message formats, promote service reusability through use of run time policies, message validation, security policies
17. Implement Architecture standards such as BPEL,SOAP,WSDL,JDBC,SQL,JSON and Java best practices and techniques 
18. Choose suitable software, hardware and suggest integration methods by defining authentication, authorization, Data Privacy and access controls rules Measures of Success(Define the Outcomes expected of the role) 1. Business value/KPIs delivered through advanced analytics and data science

6.Process Adherence as per MOU Technical Skills / Experience / Certification (If any) 1. Knowledge of Data Lake Technical Skills - Cloudera Hadoop Ecosystem including Impala, Pig, Hive
2. Knowledge of Data Science Technical Skills - Python, SAS, SQL
3. Knowledge of DevOps tools like Gitlab, Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube
4. Knowledge of Databases and SQLs (Non-Administration) - Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL
5. Certifications like TOGAF will be of added advantage
6. End to End Product Delivery Experience on APIs, SOA, Micro Services
7. Experience in managing Middleware   with very high traffic and features
8. Understanding of business processes across lifecycle of card domain as role is expected to bridge gap between business users and development partners on business understanding
9. Understanding of IT project management methodologies (Agile,Waterall) Competencies critical for role with High Proficiency Teamwork and Collaboration
