Product Manager - Data Platform

Addi’s Data Platform team is responsible for the data infrastructure, products, and processes that empower Addi to make decisions using data. Addi views our data as a differentiating asset, enabling decision-making and unlocking delightful analytics experiences in-product for consumers and merchants. The role partners with analytics, ML and data engineering teams to deliver data tools and implement Addi’s core analytics use cases. You’ll work alongside a team of experienced platform product managers owning the core financial and risk platforms at Addi.

What you will do

• Evangelize your vision for scaling our data platform and making data a part of people’s daily activities at Addi
• Use data and user research to deeply understand how these decisions impact your stakeholders, consumers, and merchants
• Own the Data Platform roadmap, define features and prioritize them
• Partner with an all-star team of engineers, data scientists, risk analysts, and more – to bring features to market and measure their impact
• Be a leader in communicating how Data Platform affects Addi’s business model, so you can advocate for the best investments to grow the company.

Requirements

• Experience working as a data product manager, data engineer, data scientist, analyst, or similar data-centric role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to translate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated execution on high profile initiatives and creatively getting past roadblocks
• Experience leading small to medium-sized teams
• Strong ecosystem thinking and collaboration. Changes in Data Platform have impacts across every team at Addi.
• Excitement and passion about data and fintech products

Nice to have:

• Experience working on credit, risk, or fraud products
• Experience building platforms
• Experience in high growth startups
