Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and intelligent Head of Data Analytics to join the Builder.ai Data team in London. We are a data-driven organisation, embracing the world of event-driven, value-adding data products, data warehouses. This role reports to the Director of Data and Analytics.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Providing leadership in the Analytics domain
• Ensuring quality on-time delivery of the roadmap
• Partner and provide support for teams around the business
• Identify opportunities for improvement and prioritise a continuous improvement roadmap
• Work with teams around the business to continue building a data-driven culture
• Able to communicate with stakeholders at a suitable level of detail to ensure requirements are well understood and stakeholders have accurate expectations on dates and functionality
• Coaching, mentoring and inspiring members of your team

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in a fast-paced and complex business setting
• Proven experience managing Data Analytics teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills: with the ability to initiate and drive projects proactively
• Have expert knowledge of SQL
• Higher university degree (MSc or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics etc

Nice to have

• Have expert knowledge of QlikSense
• Have intermediate knowledge of Python
• Have intermediate knowledge of Tableau
