What you’ll do 

Your key accountabilities will include 

  • Implementation of new processes /reports /systems /tools to maximise opportunities and minimise disruption to our business
  • Scope future strategies and develop improvements to the End to End Supply Chain capability. Enabling a better flow of product from supplier to customer, so we can improve our sales and increase our profit
  • Determine the root cause of issues today and the capabilities required to drive the outcome, develop and manage a project plan(s) to deliver that outcome and lead a small team to deliver this
  • Prototype tools in an agile way that help digitalise our supply chain, drive insights and build the capability to work by exception
  • Build a process map of M&S supply chain flows end to end from Supplier to Store that identifies issues with the ‘as is’ and the actions needed to reach a ‘to be’ state that solves these challenges

Who you are 

Your skills and experience will include 

  • Structured approach to solving complex supply chain issues, experience with continuous Improvement frameworks and approaches
  • Proficient in use of different tools for extraction/structuring/analysis of large data sets (Hadoop/Beam/SQL/Python/XLS/PPT)
  • Experience of storytelling and presenting information to drive action
  • Ability to Build and maintain great relationships with key partners across different teams, with strong communication skills, being both collaborative and assertive as the need arises
  • Ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team through effective line management, coaching, workload planning, career development and feedback
