Your Impact

• Analyze internal HR (Human Resources) data for trends, synthesize findings, and clearly communicate insights to multiple teams across Anaplan
• Drive insights for action across our businesses and functions using benchmark metrics that encompass internal and external industry performance
• Collaborate and build partnerships across HR and with key partners to uncover opportunities and enable the successful delivery of analytics to influence actions aligned with business objectives
• Optimize and implement new processes for operational reporting by deploying self-service tools and Anaplan dashboards
• Demonstrate appropriate judgment and discretion in data analysis, data quality, and presentation

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject such as Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or MIS or an equivalent degree/experience 
• Strong quantitative skills and confidence with analytical tools – querying data (SQL or similar) or performing statistical analysis (R, Python, or similar)
• Anaplan model development experience
• Experience with using data visualization tools and building dashboards
• Curious and analytically driven with experience manipulating data sets in SQL or equivalent and drawing concrete insights from data
• Experience developing robust ad-hoc reports that are easy to understand
• Exceptional ability to translate data into clear, concrete insights, and communicate results to audiences at all levels of technical expertise
• Experience forming relationships among multiple teams
• Experience working autonomously in a rapid-growth environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and computer communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and collaborative with passion for business analytics, modeling, and planning
• Ability to decipher business needs and ask questions to uncover core issues
