Job Description & Summary

PwC Poland’s RPA Robotics team employs more than 50 people. We support all aspects of the automation lifecycle for external clients, both in Poland and in Central-Eastern and Western Europe. We work with most RPA platforms (UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, NICE, MS PowerAutomate, etc.). We help clients understand a variety of business processes in finance, HR, purchasing, sales and logistics.

We are looking for:

RPA Developer / Consultant

Your future role:

• automation of various business processes using major RPA Platforms (UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, NICE, MS PowerAutomate, etc.),

• usage of other types of code (VB, Scripts, .Net, Python) within automations,

• OCR, data extraction and document analysis including Intelligent Document Understanding,

• infrastructure set up for automation.

Apply if you:

• have good knowledge of at least one major RPA Platform (UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, MS Power Automate),

• are experienced with other programming languages (VB, scripts, etc.) and code management skills,

• have business and process analysis skills, including estimation of development timelines,

• have proper communication and escalation skills,

• have good command of the English and Polish languages (German would be an advantage),

• are enthusiastic and have proactive attitude.

Nice to have:

• Python, C# or other programming languages,

• previous experiences with OCR or document understanding.
