We are looking for you:

ADAS - Working student - ADAS/AD Simulation Tool Chain

 

For our ADAS/AD Test &Validation team we are looking for reinforcement for simulation activities. As an ideal candidate, you will perform the design and evaluation of scenarios in our modeling environment and contribute to the identification of critical driving scenarios.

  

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Development and design of complex scenarios within simulation tools, simulation of different situations and results
  • Use of in-house tools to integrate various models and data sets into simulation tools and ensure comprehensive scenario representation
  • Developing project objectives with stakeholders, translating these into requirements and creating effective scenario designs
  • Data evaluation during scenario creation and during post-processing
  • Identification of metrics for evaluating scenario criticalit
  • Continuous optimization of scenario parameters and inputs to improve the accuracy and relevance of the model
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining scenario results, critical findings and recommended actions
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advances in simulation techniques to improve scenario design methodologies

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Enrolled student in a master's program in computer science, mathematics, physics, automotive engineering or related fields
  • Proven experience in the use of simulation tools such as ESmini, IPG Carmaker, dSPACE Model Desk, VTD etc.
  • Good knowledge of middleware
  • Proficient in object-oriented programming such as Python and C++
  • Experience with requirements management tools
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret simulation results and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Basic understanding of sensor technology and map data
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Personality is more than anything!
