Data Analyst

As Data Analyst, you’ll be reporting to the IT Application Manager in our Application Team. You will work collaboratively with this team to support our internal customers, share knowledge, and learn different areas of our highly integrated CRM. Your work will allow you to grow your knowledge and skills while having a lasting impact on the company’s operational teams by providing data solutions to facilitate operations and decision making.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with business teams to understand their objectives, challenges, issues, and processes to identify required KPIs and Business Intelligence data.
• Analyze and transform CRM data into relatable formats to support ongoing business operation and new implementations.
• Build and implement data solutions in Salesforce and Tableau/Tableau CRM while cooperating with the IT application team.
• Deliver solutions to end users via presentation and training to ensure their success and proper usage.      
• Monitor data and usage to maintain data integrity and quality over time.  

What you’ll need to succeed

• Experience implementing BI tools and solutions; Tableau experience is preferred.
• Experience analyzing, managing, and transforming CRM data; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Experience working with application teams or projects delivering implementations, upgrades, features, and integrations.
• Ability to lead users through the data solution lifecycle (problem definition, data investigation and cleaning, minimal viable product, deployment and enhancement, data solution ongoing operation).
• Ability to clearly communicate requirements and solutions while managing stakeholders across different business units and role hierarchy.
