Job Summary:

We are actively seeking an exceptional engineer to take on the crucial role of Principal Engineer - Full System Simulation. In this pivotal position, the Principal Engineer plays a key role in the development and validation of Full System Simulation infrastructure and software, ensuring the accurate representation of target, threat, and electronic warfare (EW) models. Beyond technical proficiency, this role involves leadership in technical initiatives, providing mentorship to engineers, and driving innovation in the field of full system simulation for missile systems. The Principal Engineer of this excellence is instrumental in advancing our simulation capabilities and fostering a culture of excellence within our engineering team.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead the development of the Full System Simulation infrastructure, ensuring robustness and functionality.
• Develop detailed models for targets, threats, and electronic warfare scenarios, applying advanced coding techniques and leveraging expertise in Python, C++, Matlab, and Synthetic Environment.
• Integrate 6DOF, Seeker, Target, Threat, EW, and models into the Full System Simulation environment, ensuring seamless functionality and accuracy.
• Validate the Full System Simulation model with flight test data, ensuring alignment with actual performance outcomes.
• Conduct Monte-Carlo Simulations to rigorously validate and optimize missile system designs under varying conditions.
• Qualify weapon systems through comprehensive Full System Simulation, ensuring compliance with performance and operational standards.
• Collaborate with the Chief Engineer and the team to develop and enhance the Full System Simulation infrastructure and software components, applying advanced coding techniques, testing methodologies, and documentation practices.
• Support the integration of diverse models into the Full System Simulation environment, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
• Work with the Chief Engineer to oversee the validation process, ensuring alignment with actual flight test data and meeting performance criteria.
• Apply advanced simulation techniques to support the validation of missile system designs and assess performance under varying conditions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the Full System Simulation team, assisting in project execution and problem resolution.
• Drive advanced research projects to explore emerging technologies and methodologies in Full System Simulation, contributing to the organization's technical advancement and competitive edge.
• Act as a go-to technical expert in Full System Simulations, providing guidance and insights to resolve complex technical challenges and supporting decision-making processes. Share expertise with the wider engineering team.

Experience & Education Qualifications:

• Minimum:  Minimum of 10 years of experience in full system simulation for missile systems.
• Preferred: : 12+ years of experience in Full system simulation in a missile production company. Previous experience in a technical leadership role within a similar function in the defense industry

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Preferred: Master's degree or Ph.D. in Engineering or related field.
