Senior Callidus Consultant, Data Integration

A Data Integration Consultant will be assisting with the configuration and implementation of Sales Performance Management systems and other related software solutions to meet the client’s business and technical requirements. In this role, you will work directly with our diverse client base with potential to work on multiple projects per year.

Responsibilities in this role also include providing data integration expertise and consulting throughout the software implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering, design, build, testing and go-live. Consultants will work with senior team members to capture and validate notes from client discovery and review sessions then performing configuration and development tasks both independently as well as under the direction of senior team members.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be able to:

• Demonstrate strong understanding of complex configuration and data integration using SAP HANA

• Own specific deliverables in any phase per assigned projects
• Respond promptly to customer requests and whenever possible within requested timelines
• Adapt communication appropriately with client, leader, and project team
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Develop design & requirements documentation
• Configure application per design specifications
• Demonstrates the ability to solve complex problems
• Demonstrate knowledge of practice specific concepts and best practices (such as SPM, incentive compensation, HCM, CPQ, etc.)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a data integration role using SAP HANA
• 2+ years of client facing / stakeholder management experience
• Advanced skill sets in Excel / Spreadsheet software
• Expert level communication skills including writing, listening and speaking
• Experience configuring SAP Callidus or other similar commission systems
