Senior / Staff NPI Engineer

Job Description:

• Lead cross-functional new process teams in driving yield improvement, cost optimization and meeting customer expectations.
• Collaborating with R&D during the product development stage to define and develop PFMEA. Take proactive measures to identify and prevent manufacturing & quality issues during MPV & production ramp.
• Proactively explore opportunities for yield and product margin improvement, enhanced quality and cost savings.
• Perform product data analysis using Six Sigma concepts and tools to identify areas for improvement and effectively resolve any issues related to new products.
• Test development for electrical characterization.

Qualifications:

• BSc, MSc or PhD in Engineering (Electronics)
• Candidates with more than 8 years working experience and a strong background in new product engineering and/or test development background will be considered. The ability to interpret electronic circuit diagram and strong understanding of RF electronic components will be added advantage.
• Self-motivated, self-starter, result-oriented and a team player with strong leadership, interpersonal, & communication skills. Able to work with minimum supervision & multitasking in a fast paced environment.
• Experience with ADS, JMP, Python, project management & machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, pyTorch, Scikit-learn will be added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data science, statistics, and familiar with Six Sigma quality concepts and tools.
• Positive attitude and excellent communications skills in English.
