We are seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced machine learning models and algorithms to enhance HubSpot Sales Hub products. Your work will shape the Predictive AI Features of Sales Hub ranging from Forecasting to sales reps action recommendation and predictive insights of Sales pipelines

We are looking for people who have:

  • a track record in designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models that have outsized impact on customer experience
  • rigor to improve model performance and accuracy through iteration and optimization
  • skills in evaluating various machine learning algorithms to identify the most suitable for specific use cases
  • ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • ownership mindset working with cross-functional team of product managers, product designers and software engineers to ensure successful model integration into product features
  • curiosity to adapt with industry trends and appetite to stay ahead of the curve 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering role
  • Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
  • Experience with any of the following: time-series forecasting, classification, next action recommendation, relevancy + ranking
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods, data mining techniques, and predictive modeling
  • Experience with MLOps practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master degree in a specialized discipline like Data Science or Machine Learning
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and CRM systems.
